Portfolio

No two properties in our portfolio are alike—and that’s by design. We believe each home has a story to tell. We draw inspiration from the home’s architecture, its surroundings, our clients’ style, and the property’s potential. The result? A truly eclectic collection of vacation homes that feel as good as they look. We’d be honoured to add yours to the All Ten Wards roster.

Nortehaus

  • We were honored to join the Nortehaus team during the construction phase of the getaway house—an inspiring project brought to life by clients with a strong and thoughtful vision. The process was highly collaborative, and it was a privilege to help shape such a unique and intentional space.

Katrina played a hands-on role in every detail, from reviewing floor plans and selecting lighting fixtures to sourcing furniture, decor, dinnerware, kitchen essentials, and beyond.

One of our favourite pieces in the home is the vintage dining table—a stunning statement with natural stone veining that echoes the movement of the nearby river. Every element within Nortehaus has been carefully considered, resulting in an environment that feels warm, tactile, and deeply comforting.

Hull House

  • Hull House stands as our most comprehensive and hands-on design project to date. We joined the team during a full-scale renovation, with the home completely gutted and undergoing major structural and aesthetic transformation.

Katrina led the selection of all design finishes throughout the property—from flooring and lighting to plumbing fixtures and paint colors. With the project unfolding during the height of the pandemic and widespread supply chain challenges, she resourcefully sourced the majority of the furniture through Facebook Marketplace, bringing character and warmth to every space.

Collaborating with a local cabinetry firm, Katrina also designed the custom kitchen and all five bathroom vanities, ensuring each space felt cohesive and thoughtfully tailored.

This project extended well beyond interiors, as we were involved in every detail down to the exterior landscaping. The result is a truly beloved home—both by our team and by guests. While the design is deeply considered, it’s the breathtaking view of Lake Ontario that leaves the most lasting impression.

Woodland Chase

  • Woodland Chase was a project where our focus centered on refinement and final styling. The home was already beautifully furnished and featured an impressive collection of artwork, providing a strong foundation to build upon.

Katrina’s role was to layer in the finishing touches—styling shelves, adding rugs, throw pillows, and table lamps—to bring warmth, cohesion, and a sense of lived-in comfort. These thoughtful additions helped the space feel more intentional and complete, enhancing what was already a beautifully curated environment.

As with many of our projects, we named this home ourselves. Nestled in a secluded forest setting along Chase Road in Hillier, Woodland Chase felt like the perfect reflection of its location and atmosphere.
