Our journey began with a shared appreciation for beautifully curated spaces and meaningful experiences, and it’s grown into a people-first approach rooted in care, creativity, and intention. Whether we’re supporting hosts or welcoming guests, our goal is simple: to create spaces and moments that feel effortless, elevated, and genuinely memorable.

Meet The Team

Katrina Ramsvik

Katrina is a creative of various sorts — the best one-size-fits-all title for all the work she does. Her career began in mining engineering as well but took a sharp turn for creativity upon receiving her professional designation. With an eye for all design details (in interiors, photography, marketing, and branding), Katrina is ultimately a visual storyteller and is overwhelmingly excited to combine all her creative passions through her work at All Ten Wards.
When she’s not whipping up digital marketing strategies for her clients or photographing weddings, Katrina is likely to be found scrolling Facebook Marketplace and or lost in a trance thinking of ways to make the spaces in her home more vibrant with their style.

Parker Morrison

Parker has a diverse range of experiences that help him run short-term vacation rental operations smoother than a 5-year-old County Pinot. He’s worked as a mining engineer, owner/operator of a Nashville hot chicken food truck, and of course, in property management.
He believes that community comes first, and he loves creating unforgettable experiences for guests (ask one of his food truck patrons who’s ordered a HOT fried chicken sandwich). At All Ten Wards, Parker runs day-to-day operations for our clients (guest communications, listing pricing optimization, management of cleaning staff and contractors). When he’s not serving All Ten Wards’ clients, you can find him pushing around Picton on his skateboard.
